Ship us your faulty storage drive and pre-pay the $15 inspection fee. If you are unsatisfied with our work, or if we can not properly diagnose/fix your drive, you will be refunded fully. You will be responsible for shipping your device to us and paying for shipping. Once we receive the device and inspect/diagnose it, we will contact you with a cost estimate and a time frame. If you are unsatisfied with the price or timeline, we will ship it back before we begin to do any work. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase containing information on your order, and when and where to ship it. Thank you for your business.
