Ship us your faulty computer and pre-pay the $15 inspection fee. If you are unsatisfied with our work, or if we can not properly diagnose/fix your PC, you will be refunded fully. You will be responsible for shipping your device to us and paying for shipping. Once we receive the device and inspect/diagnose it, we will contact you with a cost estimate and a time frame. If you are unsatisfied with the price or timeline, we will ship it back before we begin to do any work. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your purchase containing information on your order, and when and where to ship it. Thank you for your business. (Please do not ship the product prior to receiving a conformation email. Doing so will possibly result in additional costs.)
